railLA is a 100% volunteer run non-profit organization .
We rely upon contributions from people like you to produce events and support activities that build a better transit future for Los Angeles and get people excited about rail.
On April 29, 2012 railLA presented Dapper Day on the Subway - our first annual event where we took to the rails in our finest attire to celebrate the history, culture, and future of Los Angeles and its rail lines. Part performance art, part cultural experiment, our dapper events are about exploring the lost luxury and convenience of rail travel, embracing rail as a gateway to culture, and having a lot of fun while doing it!
railLA produced this event to invigorate public transit in LA and we plan on doing more like it in the future...but we need your help!
Please consider donating 5, 10, 25, or 100 dollars towards our events team. The money will be spent on future events like this one and to keep railLA running as an organization.
